To accommodate the changes under the Family Justice Rules 2024, the Divorce eService will stop accepting new applications from 11 October 2024 7:00pm. All existing draft applications will be deleted from the system at 7:00 PM on the same day.
If you have a draft application which is pending in the Divorce eService, if it is ready for e-filing, please do so by 7:00 PM on 11 October 2024.
The Divorce eService will start accepting new applications under the Family Justice Rules 2024 from 22 October 2024. Please note that any draft applications that were pending in the Divorce eService prior to 11 October 2024 will be deleted and you will need to start the application afresh.

Please note that the eLitigation system will be unavailable from 5 May (Fri) 8pm to 6 May (Sat) 3am due to system maintenance.
